For this project, I decided to look for a different challenge and explore resources on Rhino 8. I have come to love this program since it gives me the flexibility to design with NURBS, Mesh, or SubD.
I asked Nano Banano to create some images of melee weapons, to use as references for the models and get a little extra spice to the challenge since it creates some complex desings.

The work process of this project has consisted of:

1. Model the base structure - doing this I am able to create different versions of the actual model.
2. Create small details first - this helps me "branch out" ideas to include in a different version of the model. Keeping the new additions on a different layer to have a bit more control of the overall design.
3. Pause on the draft and move to the next one - This has become one of my favorite things to do because it helps on the creative process, as well as the overall completion of the project. By leaving the model as is while moving to the next, I am able to boost efficiency by not allowing myself to get stuck on the "hyper-fixation vortex".

More to come soon!
