Custom War Hammer - Design and 3D Print Study

I recently designed this War Hammer as a personal project and decided to print it! This was a great project to see how my designs translate to real life production.

Printed on a Bambu Lab A1 with 0.4mm Hardened Steel nozzle.

Total print time ~ 2h18mins.
Material Cost: 32.69g

Layer Height: 0.2mm
Wall Loops: 2
Sparse Infill: 10% - Cross-Hatch

Originally, I printed the model vertically, since this reduce print time. However I found that this created a rough finish on the bottom's surface and creates a weak-point where the head meets the handle. Therefore, I decided to also included the plate to print it at an angle to increase the impact strength at the point where the handle connects to the head.
